MY IYAH is an online vendor marketplace where multiple independent sellers open their own shops to sell products directly to customers. You can browse, compare, and buy from a variety of vendors — all in one place.

Do I need an account to shop on MY IYAH?

You can browse products without an account, but to place an order, track purchases, or save your favorites, you’ll need to sign up for a free customer account.

How do I contact a vendor if I have a question about a product?

Each vendor shop has a messaging feature or contact form. You can send a direct message to the seller with questions about product details, availability, or shipping.

03. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

How is shipping handled for products bought on MY IYAH?

Shipping is handled directly by each vendor. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the seller’s location and shipping method. Always check the shipping policy listed on the product page.

Can I order from multiple vendors at once?

Yes! You can add products from different shops to your cart and checkout in a single transaction. However, you may receive your items in separate packages depending on each vendor’s fulfillment process.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, the vendor will provide a tracking number (if applicable). You can track your order through your MY IYAH account under the “My Orders” section.
